1 Dumbbell Exercises for a Full-Body Burn

Dumbbells allow you to integrate aerobics and strength training into a killer full-body workout. Here, we share an exercise, try to use this multifunctional fitness equipment.

Dumbbell Squat to Press
As known as a thruster, a total-body exercise, which targets glutes, arms and shoulders.

How to do it:
1.Stand with your feet hip-distance apart holding a dumbbell in each hand in the rack position.
2.Squat down, keeping your weight in your heels and your butt back and down.
3.As you stand back up, press the dumbbells up from your shoulders to overhead.
4.Lower back down and repeat.

This workout turns up the burn from head to toe. Do eight reps of each move and repeat the sequence for two to three rounds.
